Look: Lagusnilad underpass in Manila cleaned after clearing operations vs illegal vendors

Cleaning operations conducted in the Lagusnilad underpass by the Manila Tourism and Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Department of Public Services and City Engineer’s Office of the Manila City government continued on Tuesday, July 16, a day after the underpass was cleared by City Hall personnel. Manila City mayor Isko Moreno is gaining popularity as he focused on seriously cleaning the city’s streets and landmarks, earning him the “rockstar” moniker from US Ambassador Sung Kim.
