(Eagle News)–A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Surigao del Norte on Friday, Sept. 25. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 5:52 p.m., had its epicenter 71 kilometers northeast of Burgos. It had a depth of 16 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

PPA formally opens RT-PCR molecular testing lab
