PNP unveils plans for COVID-19 testing lab in Central Visayas

In a statement, the PNP said it was seeking Department of Health approval for a suitable site for the RT-PCR laboratory in Central Visayas. (Eagle News)–A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental early Saturday, June 20. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 12:49 a.m., had its epicenter 59 kilometers of Jose Abad Santos. It had a depth of 134 kilometers. BOC seizes P1.1 million worth of illegal drugs declared as artwork
(Eagle News)–The Bureau of Customs has seized P1.1 million worth of illegal drugs from the Port of Clark. In a statement, the BOC said the 966 grams of marijuana were discovered after a physical examination of the shipment declared as “art-work fine” on June 9.
