4.4-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental early Friday, May 22. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 3 a.m., had its epicenter 264 kilometers southeast of Sarangani. It had a depth of 38 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

IATF asked to allow couples to ride same motorcycle

(Eagle News)–A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck off Sarangani early Wednesday, May 20. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 3:38 a.m., had its epicenter 35 kilometers southwest of Glan. It had a depth of 21 kilometers. Cavite gov’t sets one-hour time limit for mallgoers, requires quarantine passes for entry
