According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 1:13 p.m. The epicenter was 216 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos. The depth of focus was 132 kilometers. The following intensities and instrumental intensities were reported: No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
