(Eagle News) — A 3.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental Saturday, Nov. 28. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 7:31 a.m., had its epicenter 108 kilometers southeast of Jose Abad Santos. It had a depth of 47 kilometers and was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

3.6-magnitude quake hits N. Samar early Friday

(Eagle News) — A 3.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Northern Samar on Friday, Nov. 27. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 4:24 a.m., had its epicenter 18 kilometers northeast of Catarman. It had a depth of 17 kilometers, and was tectonic in origin. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

3.7-magnitude quake hits E. Samar early Thursday

(Eagle News) — A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Eastern Samar early Thursday, Nov. 26. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which hit at 1:28 a.m., had its epicenter 83 kilometers southeast of Guiuan. It had a depth of 49 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
