DOTC implements new baggage handling procedure amidst “tanim-bala” modus

In order to put a stop to the “tanim-bala” modus operandi, the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) implemented a new baggage handling procedure which includes the installment of additional closed-circuit TV cameras as well as installing larger posters regarding the carrying of ammunition. QUEZON CITY, Sep. 25 — Environment Secretary Ramon J.P.
