Pacquiao to sue Top Rank over alleged unpaid US rights to Pacquiao-Matthysse fight

(Eagle News)—Boxer Manny Pacquiao has said he would initiate legal proceedings against Top Rank Promotions following its alleged non-payment of  the US rights  for his July 15 fight against Lucas Matthysse. Pacquiao made the announcement in a social media post.
