COVID-19 cases in PHL reach 319,330 with addition of 2,674 cases

(Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the country reached 319,330 on Saturday, Oct. 3, after the Department of Health reported 2674 new cases. Of the 319,330 cases, 58606 were active. Of these, 87.1 percent were mild, 8.8 percent asymptomatic, 1.2 percent severe, and 2.8 percent critical. Over 231,000 OFWs return to respective provinces under gov’t’s Hatid-Tulong program

(Eagle News)–Over 231,000 Overseas Filipino Workers have been transported to their respective provinces under the government’s Hatid-Tulong program. The Department of Transportation said the 231,009 figure was as of Thursday, Oct. 1. Of the 231,009 OFWs, 71,338  were transported by land. PNP COVID-19 recovery tally nears 5,000 mark with 98 more recoveries

(Eagle News)–Ninety-eight more police personnel have  recovered from COVID-19, the Philippine National Police said. According to the PNP, with the addition, the recovery total rose to 4938 as of Friday night. Forty-seven additional COVID-19 cases, however, pushed the PNP COVID-19 tally to 6068. COVID-19 cases in PHL breach 252,000 mark with 4,040 newly-announced cases

(Eagle News)–COVID-19 cases in the country breached the 252,000 mark on Friday, Sept. 11, after the Department of Health reported an additional 4,040 cases. The DOH said of the 252,964 total COVID-19 cases, 62,250 were active. Of these, 88.8 percent were mild, 8.4 percent asymptomatic, 1.1 percent severe, and 1.7 percent critical.
