(Eagle News)–Parts of Isabela are experiencing power interruption today, June 13. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines said Iselco II-Cabagan and Tumauini substations are affected. The NGCP said the cause of interruption is due to a “breach of vertical safety clearance along Tuguegarao-Cabagan 69kV Line.” “We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this unscheduled power interruption,” the NGCP said.

JUST IN: 4.0-magnitude quake hits Davao Occidental

(Eagle News)–A 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck Davao Occidental on Thursday, June 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, struck 356 kilometers southeast of Sarangani at 8:40 a.m. The depth of focus was four kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
