VCM’s in some precincts in New Era Elementary School suffered glitches

The Vote Counting Machines (VCM) in some precincts in New Era Elementary School suffered technical problems. In Precinct 3489A, casting of votes was stopped for over an hour because the VCM won’t accept the ballots.
