(Eagle News) — A thunderstorm advisory has been hoisted over Metro Manila and other areas. The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Cavite and Rizal are also experiencing moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds. (Eagle News)–The low pressure area off Cagayan may develop into a tropical depression in the next 36 hours. PAGASA monitoring two LPAs

(Eagle News) — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring two low pressure areas in the Philippine Area of Responsibility. In an advisory, PAGASA said one LPA was situated 160 kilometers east of Tuguegarao, Cagayan, and another 135 kilometers west northwest of Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
