“Lando” now only LPA

As of 7:00 am today October 20, the center of Severe Tropical Storm “Lando” was estimated based on all available data at 100 km Northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (19.0°N, 120.1°E), the weather bureau said in its weather forecast.
