QUEZON City, Philippines, August 20 ( Eagle News) – According to PAGASA, typhoon “Ineng” continues to lose speed as it approaches the Batanes Group of Island, with Signal No. 2 declared over said area. With the slowing of typhoon “Ineng”, PAGASA said that the storm will completely leave the Philippine area of responsibility on Monday.
