MANILA, Philippines, July 24 (Eagle News) — Senator Alan Peter Cayetano is asking for the Senate Committee on Public Order to re-open the investigation of the bloody Mamasapano incident, which will have paramount importance regarding the Senate’s deliberation of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL).
