MAY 25 (Eagle News) — The whole province of Cebu may be placed under a “state of calamity” due to the El Niño. Said move was recommended by the Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) as many local government units were already placed under said state of calamity.
