QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has issued guidelines on how the government will use the Php 8.8 billion higher education support fund under the government’s free tuition program for 2017.
The guidelines aim to ensure that the fund–covering all students who enroll in undergraduate programs in state universities and colleges–is properly used.
