MANILA, Philippines, May 7 (Eagle News) — China’s Foreign Ministry issued a call for peace and stability in the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) in response to the joint exercise conducted by the Philippine Coast Guard and its Japanese counterpart in the Manila Bay.
