QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Human Rights recorded 52 cases of poll-related violence from January to April. According to Atty. Gemma Paruhinog, Officer-in-Charge of Human Resources Policy Office, this includes 14 cases of homicide, harassment, frustrated and attempted murder. The CHR is also waiting for 49 more cases to be reported by its regional offices.
