QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News)- Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno will read the whole transcript of President Rodrigo Duterte’s speech before making a statement.
According to SC Public Information Office Chief Atty. Theodore Te, they will review the entire transcript of the speech where the President made insinuations against the Chief Justice before making the requisite response.
