Cloudy skies and scattered rains in Ilocos

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on its Wednesday forecast said that the Ilocos region and Cagayan valley should expect cloudy skies and scattered rains while Manila should expect cloudy skies and isolated rain showers.
