QUEZON City, Philippines – The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Services Administration (PAGASA) reiterated that there is no weather disturbance inside the Philippine area of responsibility, adding that the rain recently experienced in Metro Manila is due to the tail end of the cold front.
