MANILA, Philippines – According to the Commission on Elections, it will wait for the filing of formal complaint against a party-list group that allegedly conducted a text blast regarding the May 2016 elections.
According to the COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista, it is better that there is a formal complaint so that there will be no mistake in the steps to be taken by the COMELEC.
