COMELEC asks President to declare recall election as special election

MANILA, Philippines, April 20 (Eagle News) — The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) asked President Benigno S. Aquino to declare May 8 as special non-working holiday so that registered voters in Puerto Princesa, Palawan can participate in the recall elections.
