MANILA, Philippines – The Chairman of the Commission on Elections, Andres Bautista is very happy with the results of the presidential debates conducted in Cagayan De Oro City.
Bautista added that the debate will help the voters form their own opinion regarding the presidential candidates and expressed admiration in the technology used.
