QUEZON City, Philippines – All of the commissioners of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) released a memorandum wherein they aired grievances regarding the alleged “failed leadership” of COMELEC Chairman Andres Bautista.
Some of the issues that they aired include the delayed payment of the public school teachers that served in the May 9 elections as well as Bautista’s statement that there should be no Sangguniang Kabataan or barangay elections without consulting them.
