QUEZON City, Philippines – Three of the commissioners of the Commission on Election will not participate in the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections in October.
COMELEC Commissioners Rowena Guanzon, Christian Robert Lim and Luie Tito Guia will limit their functions in the COMELEC and will focus on en banc sessions as well as in pending election protests.
They will no longer be involved in the operations of the barangay and SK polls, they said. (Eagle News)
