COMELEC conducts final testing and sealing of vote counting machines for absentee voting

MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections will conduct the final testing and sealing of vote-counting machines in 30 posts abroad for the overseas absentee voting. Said testing aims to check the accuracy of said machines.
