QUEZON City, Philippines – The Commission on Elections (Comelec) launched its cyber-security hotline which aims to protect the Comelecdatabase from hacker.
According Comelec spokesman James Jimenez, after the hacking incident against the Comelec database last April 2016, the poll body is now doing its best to guard the records of the registered voters.
