QUEZON City, Philippines — The Commission on Elections has ordered the final testing and sealing (FTS) of the vote counting machines (VCMs) this week.
The purpose of the FTS is to see and test if the machines installed in that place are in the right conditions and working before it was finally locked and sealed in the polling precincts.The FTS will last until May 6.
Meanwhile, COMELEC Spokesperson James Jimenez on Monday, May 2 said that the poll body will release information materials about the voting process and the issuance of the voters’s receipts.
