MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections reminded local candidates and their supporters to follow regulations as the local campaign period starts. Already, the COMELEC received reports of violations. Said commission is asking the public to be vigilant and to report violations. The local campaign period started last March 25 and will last until May 7.
