QUEZON City, Philippines – Confident that the Sangguniang Kabataan and barangay elections will be postponed this year, the Commission on Elections post the schedule for the resumption of voters’ registration. The resumption of the voters’ registration will start on October 3 and will last until April 29, 2017. COMELEC is expecting an additional five million voters in the seven-month registration period.
