QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will strictly implement the anti-political dynasty provisions of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 in the upcoming SK elections.
Candidates for SK must declare if they have any relatives who are in public service. If candidates fail to comply with the provisions, they will be disqualified as well as charged with perjury.
