MANILA, Philippines – The Commission on Elections said that although it is respecting the recent decisions of the Supreme Court, it admitted that it is under emergency due to the said decisions. These are the decisions of the Supreme Court regarding the issuance of vote receipts as well as the SC’s overturning of the COMELEC’s decision to disqualify Senator Grace Poe.
