QUEZON City, Philippines – Chairman Andres Bautista of the Commission on Elections announced that the commission will have a nationwide post-election assessment in order to aid it in the proposed electoral reforms. Bautista added that he has no plans to submit courtesy resignation during the administration of incoming President Rodrigo Duterte because he is the head of an independent constitutional body.
