According to Atty. Lorna Kapunan, legal counsel of groups that filed charges against resigned Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Francis Tolentino, said charges will push through even if Tolentino already resigned his position and has made a public apology.
Kapunan added that Tolentino remains liable for the incident. Said incident is the controversial “playgirls” performance in Laguna.
