QUEZON City, Philippines – According to Cagayan Representative Rufus Rodriguez, The House Ad-Hoc Committee on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) that the Philippine National Police (PNP) will control the police force in the proposed Bangsamoro entity and not the Regional Minister.
