QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) – There is a proposal in the House of Representatives that will prohibit vendors in the sidewalk as well as making use of the same as parking space.
The proposed House Bill 2561 prohibits all kinds of obstructions on sidewalks in order to open up side roads to traffic, which in turn will alleviate the traffic problem besetting Metro Manila.
