MANILA, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Union of Filipino Consumers and Commuters warns against possible coin shortage as the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas announced that it will procure new coins using multiply technology. According to the group’s research, coins made using the multiply technology have durability issues.
