(Eagle News)– Suspected drug lord Kerwin Espinosa is under a bigger boss. Albuera, Leyte Mayor shared this info to the police during a meeting on Monday.
Officials declined to identify who’s the “bigger boss”, saying that this information should be first relayed to the higher-ups at the Philippine National Police.
Kerwin, who is still in hiding, had been allegedly sighted in a hospital in Cebu City to visit his father. This report is being verified by the police.
