Department of Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said she is more interested in having Napoles as a state witness than the former chief of staff Senator Juan Ponce Enrile.
De Lima stated that it was important to know first the intention of Reyes in returning back to the Philippines after being away for more than half a year.
