Disaster center to be built in Pampanga

MAY 22 (Eagle News) — According to Manuel Pangilinan, co-chairman of the Disaster Recovery Foundation, a disaster operation center will be built in Clark International Airport, Pampanga to serve as a base for quick response during disasters as well as a center of long-term disaster recovery.
