The Department of National Defense is now on the process of constructing a jail facility for United States Marines Lance Corporal Joseph Scot Pemberton.
Pemberton was declared guilty by the Regional Trial Court of Olongapo City, Zambales for killing the Filipino transgender, Jeffrey Laude, also known as, Jennifer. The DND added that the said jail facility is an extension of the New Bilibid Prison.
