(Eagle News) — Although it said that there will be no brownout in Luzon due to the El Niño, the Department of Energy encouraged the public to conserve energy.
According to Energy Officer-in-Charge Zenaida Monsada, the department will implement the same energy-saving measures that it adopted last summer.
