MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Health reassured the public regarding the fear of the Zika virus, saying that there is still no recorded case in the Philippines.
The DOH continues to coordinate with local government units to implement mosquito eradication programs. Also, airport screenings are still ongoing to ensure that the virus does not enter Philippine territory.
