The Department of Health (DOH) is asking the public to be vigilant regarding stray bullets. The public should immediately inform the authorities whenever they saw someone using guns to celebrate the new year. The announcement came in the wake of a nine-year-old girl died after being hit by a stray bullet last December 23.
