DOH proposes mandatory medical clearance for returning OFWs

To prevent the spread of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus, Department of Health Assistant Secretary Dr. Eric Tayag proposes a mandatory medical clearance for returning OFWs, especially from countries reported to have the disease.
