The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) finalized its report regarding the “laglag-bala” scheme in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and has submitted the same to the Department of Justice (DOJ). In turn, the DOJ will review said report and will release the information to the public as soon as possible.
