MANILA, Philippines – Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Leila De Lima said that it is not an option for the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) to not surrender its members that were involved in the Mamasapano incident, adding that the said group is still under the Philippine laws. She further said that she is confident that the MILF will surrender its members in the name of peace.
