MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Justice (DOJ) already identified the possible criminal charges to be filed against the 90 members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF), and other private armed groups regarding the Mamasapano killings.
According to Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, complex crime of murder of direct assault with murder and theft was recommended for filing against the 90 suspects.
